New ownership strengthens Easee’s platform for global growth

Brødrene Jensen, a shareholder in Easee since 2019, has acquired 100 percent of the company. AWC provided financing to Brødrene Jensen for the transaction. Pending approval from the relevant authorities, AWC will become the majority owner in Easee.

Easee and Subaru complete solar EV charging pilot in the Arctic
