Brødrene Jensen, a shareholder in Easee since 2019, has acquired 100 percent of the
company. AWC provided financing to Brødrene Jensen for the transaction. Pending approval
from the relevant authorities, AWC will become the majority owner in Easee.

The transaction provides Easee with a focused ownership structure and the platform to accelerate investment in technology and growth across European markets and beyond.
