Stavanger, 2 July – Øyvind Stavland Osjord has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Easee. He succeeds Anthony Fernandez following a period in which the two, as CEO and CFO, have led the company through a comprehensive turnaround.

Osjord has served as Chief Financial Officer of Easee since February 2025 and has played a central role in strengthening the company’s financial position and operations. He joined Easee from the role of CFO at the listed company Goodtech ASA. He has previously held senior leadership positions at SAR and Roxel Group, and before that was part of the investment team at the private equity fund HitecVision.

“Getting the opportunity to lead this fantastic group of people is a dream. I have had the chance to work closely with Easee through an important phase for the company. That means I step into the role with both respect for what has been achieved, and strong belief in what we will build next,” says Osjord.

Chair of the Board Sigvart Voss Eriksen says the Board is very pleased to have Osjord step into the role as the company’s new CEO.

“Øyvind knows the company, the organisation and the markets well. He has been involved in the most important decisions and has proven himself to be a thoughtful and highly capable leader. It is also a strength that he comes from within the company. We have full confidence in his ability to lead Easee into its next phase,” says Eriksen.

The leadership change comes after a period in which Easee has carried out a comprehensive turnaround. Fernandez took over as CEO in July 2024, at a time when Easee was coming from a result of minus NOK 414 million. Today, Easee has returned to profitable operations, strengthened its market position in Europe and secured new, long-term ownership through Brødrene Jensen and AWC.

The turnaround has been described as one of the most successful in Norwegian industry, and the leadership transition therefore marks a natural shift from rebuilding to further development and growth.

“When I joined Easee, the mission was clear: to create stability, rebuild trust and lay the foundation for further growth. We have succeeded in that – and more. 1 Easee is back on top, and I am proud of how far we have come together. That is why this feels like the right time to pass the baton on,” says Anthony Fernandez.

Fernandez himself hired Osjord as CFO in February 2025, and the two have worked closely together since.

“Øyvind has been part of all the major efforts during this period. He is well equipped to take Easee forward. Over the next two months, I will contribute to making the transition as smooth as possible, both for Øyvind and for the rest of the organisation,” says Fernandez, who will continue in an advisory role during this period.

Eriksen thanks Fernandez for his contribution:

“Anthony took over Easee during a demanding phase and has led the company back to profitable operations, with solid ownership in place. That is an achievement few can deliver in two years. He leaves behind a company with strong conditions for further growth,” says Eriksen.

The leadership change does not involve any change to Easee’s strategy or purpose. We will continue working towards the same ambition: making electrification easier.

“We have a strong starting point, a clear direction and a significant opportunity ahead of us. Now we will build on what has been created, together with customers, partners, installers and all the great people at Easee,” says Osjord.
