1. This competition is open to installers residents in the EU/EEA area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, aged 18 or over. It excludes employees of Easee, and anyone professionally associated with this promotional related competition. Installations must be correctly registered in the Installer App. Installer must have connected their installer company to their profile in the App. Easee reserves the right to verify installations and withhold points in cases of suspected misuse. You may be required to provide proof of eligibility. If you are awarded as a winner and found to not to fulfil the requirements above, you will be disqualified.

2. No purchase is necessary (only new installations of new Easee products); however the competitors must have a valid email address or phone number registered in the Easee system.

3. Competition period: This competition will run between May 7, 2025 – May 7, 2026. Only new installations of Easee Ready correctly commissioned and registered in the Installer App in this period will be considered.

4. The rules and the prize (gift):
Grand Prizes — 2 ways to win formula 1 VIP package.

Prize 1A: Most installs
• Installer with the highest number of commissioned units from May 7th 2025 to May 7th 2026.

Prize 1B: Lucky draw
• Draw from all accumulated points = every point is a ticket in same time period.

How It Works:
• 1 point (1 ticket) per Easee Ready installed and commissioned. Double points for May & June 2025 installs.
• Points are tracked automatically in the Installer App from May 7, 2025.

The total points become entries in the grand prize draw. The more you install, the better your chances.

There will also be monthly prizes for top installers in various countries outlined under item 1 above at Easee’s sole discretion and quarterly prizes for regional champions, in addition surprise challenges and special rewards will pop up throughout the year. National and regional prizes may vary.

5. How to join the competition:
No sign-up needed. All active Easee installers, residing in the area referred to under item 1 above will automatically be added to the competition.
a) Install and commission Easee products
b) Track your points live in the Installer App
c) Compete, earn, and win as a Charge Champion.

6. Winner selection: The winners of the Grand prize will be awarded at the Easee Awards May 15th 2026. There will also be monthly prizes for top installers in many countries and quarterly prizes for regional champions, in addition surprise challenges and special rewards will pop up throughout the year. These will be awarded continuously.

7. Winner notification: The winners will be announced on social media channels and also receive a notification by email or SMS.

8. Prize acceptance: The winners will have 1 week to reply to said email/SMS or make contact with Easee, if not prize is invalid.

9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of the prize is not available, Easee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute another prize for it, or equal or greater value.

10. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are not registered, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete.

11. Privacy: In order to administer the Easee Champion competition, we must process personal data. Installers may opt out of the competition by using the opt-out feature within the Installer App or by sending an email to gdpr@easee.com. The phone number or email address of installers will be processed only to contact winners. Easee will process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest in organising promotional competitions. Winners of the competition will maybe have a photo taken at point of collection which will be shared on Easee social media channels. At point of collection, the winner may decline this request to a member of the Easee team. 12. By entering this promotional competition, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. This promotional competition and any disputes or controversy related to the competition shall be governed by the laws of Norway. All disputes and claims related to this competition shall be referred to Sør-Rogaland District Court for resolution.
