EV charging has become part of the guest experience

Trysil is Norway’s largest ski destination, and more and more guests and apartment owners are arriving by electric car. Trysil Holding, which develops, owns and manages properties in the area, wanted a charging solution that could serve different user groups – from short-stay guests to permanent apartment owners – without compromising operational reliability or future capacity.

Eltera Elverum was commissioned to design and install the system, delivering a complete charging installation with 150 Easee chargers.

Dynamic load balancing and easy expansion

The installation is load balanced, so charging power is continuously adjusted to available electrical capacity. This makes it possible to charge many cars at once without overloading the system.

The charging points are connected using flat cable and branch-off modules, making it easy to add more charging points as demand grows, without extensive new cabling.

Payment and settlement are handled by a third party (PlugPay), so guests and apartment owners pay for their own usage without Trysil Holding having to manage invoicing themselves.
