In order to support our UK expansion, it’s important for us to work with companies that share our strong customer centric ethos. This is why we’re excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Jumptech to create a platform that efficiently manages our end-to-end install process. 

The platform works by allowing interested prospective customers to carry out a quick and easy self-survey of their premises and charging requirements. This includes car details, where they’d like their charger installed and information about their current energy usage. These leads are then seamlessly assigned to an installer within our country-wide network and a quote is provided. 

By maintaining full visibility throughout, and by measuring key metrics such as historic performances of our installers and conversion rates, we can ensure that our customers have the best experience possible.
