Day 7: Camp 2, 8300m
It’s snowing again, and the wind is howling around the tents. You sit huddled with your squad, thinking about the journey up from base camp, all the training and money you have spent to get where you are. This is it, it’s happening now! The team looks at you and wants to know what you think. The weather reports are uncertain, and the climbing season is coming to an end. This might be your only chance. What do you do?
While our days in the Task Force might be slightly less exciting than climbing Mount Everest, as a part of Task Force, you will be faced with difficult choices. Maybe we’re implementing a new system, and not everybody agree on what the right choices are. Your role might be in facilitating this, and making sure all the views are presented and everybody gets heard. Another day could bring about talking to people, asking questions to better understand what they do, and helping them improve and scale their processes. And so, we are looking to climb a lot of mountains.
What do you need when you’re going climbing? You need a team. You need a plan. Sometimes you need someone to give advice on what to pack, what the weather is like and so forth. And sometimes you just need someone to help you share the load. That is what being a part of the Task Force is all about.
Easee’s vision is to shape the future of electricity, and to do that we also need to build the business culture of tomorrow. In Easee, nothing is more important than people, and all employees are committed to actively trying to become the best version of themselves.
In Task Force, our vision is to build the smoothest, smartest and most amazing business operations in the world. Our mission is to keep a finger on the pulse of the processes and organization of Easee today, and at the same time plan for and support others in scaling Easee as a global company. As our Change Guide, you’ll play an important part in this.
💡 As Change Guides we aim to:
– Challenge established truths both within Easee and outside
– Establish a pain map for Easee
– Operationalize “people first” into projects and improvement work
– Support the organization through:
: Knowledge and experience with change initiatives, project management and project support, scaling, analysis and facilitation
: Capacity to execute projects and changes
: Acting as sparring partners, advisors and challengers
🔍 What are we looking for?
As a Change Guide, you are curious, creative and have the ability to both look at the whole picture and dive into details when needed. You have 5+ years of experience working with projects, facilitating strategy processes and implementing changes in large organisations.
You are comfortable with managing projects, facilitating workshops and working across domains and departments. In our projects and work you will bridge gaps in communication and create a common understanding of the goals and the road that leads us there.
🗺️ What are my responsibilities?
As a Change Guide, your day might include:
💡 Managing or participating in projects. Continuous system improvement initiatives, system implementations or similar
💡 Improving and developing Easee’s project guidelines.
💡 Working with process development, facilitate workshops or preparing and participating in decision processes
💡 Evaluating different scenarios by asking open-ended, explorative questions and challenging established truths
💡 Using facts and data to support your arguments (don’t worry, you do not need to be able to program in Python or have a deep and close relationship with Excel to use data)
💡 Tell stories and use storytelling to drive change
🚀 What are you offering me then?
Everything! At least, everything we have, and a promise to keep adding to it. We can offer:
A challenging work experience where you get to know all parts of Easee, and get to know the processes, people and systems that make up Easee
A team where we value initiative, critical thinking and ideas
A growing toolkit of methods on project management, analytics, improvement work and more
Space to grow and become the type of Change Guide you want to be
A safe space with lots of bad (dry) humor and jokes
The role as Change Guide is part of Task Force (A-Team), and your caretaker will be Head of Task Force.

Easee’s vision is to shape the future of electricity and business culture. We will shape the future of electricity by developing a smart and user-friendly ecosystem for energy distribution and at the same time create a business culture that is inspirational and sustainable. We want to revolutionize the way we do business by putting people first and by proving that respect, love, honesty, and trust are more than decals on our office walls – it’s who we are and who we work everyday to remain. Our ambitions further lie in becoming one of the largest companies in green technology in Europe within 2026, and one of the largest in the world within 2031. We design, develop and produce our products in Scandinavia and export them to 17 countries – with many more to come.
