More and more people are buying electric vehicles and that is why our team is growing like crazy. But it needs to grow even harder, because the time ahead is crucial for Easee. We have momentum in the EV market and we want to make the most of it. For that, we also need an admin to support the people team with everything HR and Recruitment related.  A people person, but also someone that likes to get things done. What are you going to do?

You will be part of the people team in the UK supporting both the People excellence and Recruitment functions, across our Glasgow, London and Guildford offices. You will also be a point of contact for all things HR related to the wider teams. 

  • Supporting on 1st stage interviews when the recruitment specialist is not available.
  • Co ordinating all new starters job offer to first week arrangements.
  • Organising new starter first day welcome merch pack for all offices.
  • Lead on and organising internal people events within UK, e.g. recognising inclusive events and work closely with the cultural lighthouses.
  • Support the recruitment specialist and people excellence specialist in developing and shaping the services.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment specialist and people excellence specialist; updating the tracker, using team tailor to place adverts, create and maintain internal documents, saving recruitment documents, creating employee folder and HR filing structure.
  • To lead and support with people and recruitment projects.

Easee’s vision is to shape the power grid and corporate culture of the future. By 2021, we want to sell 500,000 electric car charging robots. To date we have sold more than 130 000 chargers and integrated with more than 50 partners. Our long-term goal is 5 million units sold by 2025. We want Easee to be the ‘David’ and take on the ‘Goliath’ that is the energy sector. The journey there will be about digitisation of old energy infrastructure and it’s sure to be an amazing roller coaster. We’d love to share the experience with you!

Recruitment Process

We will review your application within 72hours. The process is simple: send us your CV (Elon Musk got his onto one page, maybe you could too?) and answer two questions, then if we think you have the right profile we’ll start talking to each other. First you speak with Kady and Chelsea (HR). If they are enthusiastic, you will talk to Bart (Head of Peopler UK & Benelux. And before you know it, you’ll be part of our cool company. Easee!
