Easee, the company behind ‘the world’s smartest Electric Vehicles (EV) charging robot’, is entering France and therefore we’re recruiting for a Sales Manager who will set up our Sales network in this new market. This both strategic and hands-on role is ideal for innovative, sharp thinking, and driven individual accustomed to rolling their sleeves up and making great things happen!
What are you going to do?
- Build a strong network in the EV sector among potential installation partners and develop the brand’s portfolio
- Design and implement a strategic partnerships acquisition strategy to create strategic partnerships in line with Easee’s vision
- Build and engage relations with different governmental institutions
- Develop the deal type, mechanisms, and contractual agreements
- Reaching out, managing the sales process, and closing international and national strategic partnership deals
- Create and provide onboarding training to the installation partners with the help of the Technical Sales Support
- Assist the Technical Sales Support with commercial decisions
- Assist with recruitment and growth of the local sales and support team
- Create a continuous improvement culture by actively collecting feedback, testing strategies, and improving operational flows alongside other departments

What do we require?
- Unbridled enthusiasm for this role
- You have lots of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a lead role
- You have worked in the EV sector before and already have extensive knowledge in this area
- You know how to build up a Sales network from scratch
- A commercial mindset and a strong personality

- Serious good communication and social skills
