All defects in correctly installed Easee hardware are covered by the warranty. If Easee determines that the defect is not the result of a defect in the design or manufacture of our product, we will propose a solution that may involve costs. Under no circumstances do we accept any liability for any loss, cost or damage resulting from the use and/or misuse of our hardware products. Except and only when caused by our negligence.
Problems with the hardware can be shared with Easee by creating a ticket via the support page. This can be found on easee.com/support. Our support team will then attempt to resolve the issue remotely. The support team may request additional information for proper resolution. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely and the product is under warranty, we will find a solution to have the problem resolved on-site. If necessary, replacement hardware will be shipped to the installer free of charge. This shipment includes a return label to return the old hardware to Easee.
